About the service
What does Huumble do?
We make Huumble Nord, the dashboard that ties the numbers from your marketing and sales to your goals. We also set up and look after your tracking, build websites, give advice and make custom tools. We don't run campaigns.
Where do I log in to the app?
At the top right of every page, under Log in. You log in with Google, or with a code we send you by email.
What's the difference between the Dashboard and the Managed dashboard?
With the Dashboard, you get Huumble Nord and the alerts, and follow up yourself. With the Managed dashboard, we keep watch, put things right when something changes, and go through the numbers with you every quarter.
Which sources can you connect?
GA4, Google Ads, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn and Shopify.
Do you work with my agency?
Yes, happily. Your agency runs the campaigns, and we make sure the numbers they're measured on are right.
Pricing and terms
What does it cost?
The Dashboard costs NOK 2,490 a month and the Managed dashboard NOK 5,990, plus a setup fee at the start. Measurement and tracking costs from NOK 19,900 as a one-off, or NOK 4,900 for a tracking audit that's deducted from the setup. A new website costs from NOK 750 a month plus hosting. All prices are excl. VAT.
What comes on top of the listed prices?
Hosting if you choose your own server, the server for server-side tracking, consulting hours if you ask for them, and new pages or larger changes to a website.
How long am I committed for?
Dashboard and Managed dashboard: three months, then one month's notice. If you commit to the Managed dashboard for 12 months, you get the tracking setup at half price. Website: 24 months, paid monthly or upfront.
What does consulting cost?
NOK 1,800 an hour. You decide how many hours you want. Custom tools are built at the same hourly rate.
Data and privacy
Who owns the data?
You do. We read from your accounts with your permission, and you can withdraw access whenever you like.
Where is the data stored?
With us, in the EU. With a Managed dashboard, the app can also run on your own server.
Do we have to move our accounts to you or an agency?
No. You log in with your own Google and Meta accounts and choose what we can read. Nothing is handed over. Read more about connecting.
Do we get a data processing agreement?
Yes. Every customer gets a data processing agreement before we connect to anything.
Getting started
How long does the setup take?
It depends on how much needs fixing. You'll get a timeline once we've looked at your current setup.
What do you need from us?
Access to your ad accounts, GA4 and your online store or CRM, and your goals for the year. We'll sort out the rest.
Is it right for small businesses?
If you spend less than NOK 50,000 a month on marketing, the Dashboard is often enough.
