Dashboard and tracking for businesses that run on leads
For B2C, B2B and businesses that sell to both. Huumble Nord shows what each lead costs, how many become customers and what a customer is worth. So you can put your budget into the channels that bring in sales.
From lead to paying customer
- Cost per lead
- Per channel and campaign, and in total.
- Leads that become customers
- How many of your leads end in a sale.
- Cost per customer
- The number that decides which channels pay off.
- Customer value
- What a customer is worth over time, for example on an alarm subscription.
- Lead quality
- Which channels bring leads that turn into sales, and which ones just fill up the inbox.
B2C, B2B or both
- B2C
- Lots of leads and short sales cycles, as with alarms, electricity and insurance. What counts here is the cost per customer and how many say yes.
- B2B
- Fewer leads and longer sales cycles. We follow each lead all the way to a signed contract, even when that takes months.
- Both
- If you sell to both consumers and businesses, you track both in Lead Center.

Questions about leads
Which CRM systems do you support?
Leads from the forms on your website can go straight into Lead Center in Huumble Nord, where you follow them through to a sale. If you use another CRM, tell us which one and we'll tell you what can be connected.
Are cheap leads always good?
No. A channel with expensive leads can bring the cheapest customers, if more of its leads turn into sales.
Does it work for consumer leads, such as alarms?
Yes. Here, customer value is often the most important number, because the customer pays every month.
