This policy sets out what information we collect when you use huumble.io, why we do so, and what rights you have.

What we collect
The information
Forms. When you submit the contact form or request a quote, we store what you fill in: name, company, email, phone, website, your message and your choices in the quote tool. We use it only to reply to you.
Where you came from. Together with the form, we store how you found us: the campaign in the link you clicked (UTM tagging), any ad click ID and the website you came from. If you consent to statistics, your browser remembers this for 90 days, and the form also sends the ID that Google Analytics has assigned to your browser. Without consent, we use only the address of the page from which you submit the form.
Server logs. When you visit the website, the hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser and the time of the visit. This happens automatically, to keep the site running and to protect it against misuse.
Statistics. If you consent to statistics, Google Analytics and WordPress.com show us which pages are visited and for how long.
Legal basis
Why we are allowed to do this
Forms and server logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest, under Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): to reply to you, and to keep the website secure and running.
Statistics are used only with your consent, under section 3-15 of the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act (ekomloven) and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Your answer in the banner is stored without consent, because this is necessary to remember your choice. You can give or withdraw your consent in the banner, or under Cookies at the bottom of every page.

Who processes the data
The website is hosted by WordPress.com (Automattic Inc., USA). Transfers to the USA take place under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the EU's standard contractual clauses.
What you submit through the contact form or the quote tool is also stored in a Google spreadsheet (Google Ireland Ltd.), which we use to follow up enquiries.
Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) receives data only when you have consented to statistics. Google may transfer information to the USA and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We do not share information with anyone other than those named here.

Your rights
Access, rectification and erasure
We keep enquiries sent through the forms for as long as we need them to follow up with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Server logs are deleted in accordance with WordPress.com's rules.
You can request access to, rectification or erasure of, or restriction of the processing of the information about you, and you can ask to have it handed over to you. Send an email to endre@huumble.io.
If you believe that we process information in breach of the applicable rules, you can lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet (the Norwegian Data Protection Authority) at datatilsynet.no.
